Like father Like son. Simbu, initiated into celluloid world in his early ages by his illustrious father T. Rajendar, has come up in a hard way to the present stage.
After lot many exploits as hero, he has assumed another role as director, to give vent to his directorial ambitions, in the film “Vallavan”.
P.L.Thennappan of Sri Raj Lakshmi Films is the producer. Producer Thennappan proudly says, “I am confident of Simbu’s abilities; “Manmadan” film subject and the way it was handled, had made me decide in favour of making Simbu as director”.
Nayanthara, Sandhya & Reema sen, the heart throbs of Kollywood, are for sure going to make quite an sensation in their heroine roles. Songs sequences are shot in expensive sets, with scores of dancers. Simbu is working all out to make this film also a great success.
Recently, for the opening song sequence, costly set was erected in Prasad Studios. Immediately after the filming of the song, a fight sequence was shot by brilliant stunt director, Kanal Kannan, who has also done a little role, involving Simbu, Reema Sen and Fighters.
The success of Manmadhan has invariably created a high expectation about this film.
Simbu, Yuvan Shankar Raja combination hopefully will do wonders this time around too, as the talk goes, the songs have come out nicely.
The other main artistes are S. V. Sekar, Santhanam, Vijay Babu and Pallavi.
