Sarath Kumar in today's recession hit Tamil filmdom has been able to retain his stardom and give out hits every year without dropping his position at the box office. Ten years back he started out as a villian and today he is the top runner with 76 films under his belt. Starting out in Telegu films with 'Samjalo Stree', he worked his way up from being the villian's hit man to becoming the all time favourite hero. He gave three major hits 'Nattamai' followed by 'Suryavamsham' and 'Nattupukkahe' which made him into a `Supreme Star'
